
In an ever-evolving job market, we believe that people are the driving force of change and that an inclusive work environment is key to fostering innovation and generating value. That’s why De Wave Group has chosen to join Includere per Crescere, a project promoted by the ELIS Consortium. This initiative allows us to transform our values into concrete actions by offering training and employment opportunities to individuals who encounter barriers to entering or advancing in the workforce, despite having valuable skills and talent.
Through Includere per Crescere, we are committed to actively creating opportunities for individuals who, due to family responsibilities, prejudice, or personal difficulties, find themselves unemployed or underemployed. Our goal is to provide them with a structured pathway for professional growth and integration.
In its first year, the project will focus on supporting mothers, with the intention of gradually expanding assistance to other beneficiary groups, including:
• Immigrants and refugees, who need opportunities to showcase their skills and experience.
• Individuals over 55, for whom re-entering the workforce can be particularly challenging despite their extensive expertise.
• People with disabilities, to foster truly inclusive and accessible work environments.
• Formerly incarcerated individuals, supporting them on their path to social and professional reintegration.
Includere per Crescere helps De Wave Group identify and nurture new talent, promote inclusion, and collaborate with socially responsible businesses, creating opportunities for both growth and social innovation.
This initiative is built on a public-private collaboration model, engaging institutions, large corporations, SMEs, and startups. By fostering a virtuous ecosystem, we can generate a lasting positive impact, both economically and socially.
