The De Wave Group was formed through the merge of 3 leading companies in their fields.
In 2021/26 we enlarged the Group with the following acquisitions
De Wave Group acquires DL Services, specialized in marine galley design, technical component supply and onboard equipment lifecycle management.
The group continues to grow thanks to the acquisition of Electrical Marine Group, which integrates Electrical Marine for onboard electrical engineering and automation, OM Project for metal carpentry and electro-actuated mechanical systems, and Cantieri Navali San Carlo for the construction and outfitting of 15-40m yachts.
De Wave Group acquires IVM, which operates in cruise ship outfitting and furnishing for major international cruise lines.
De Wave Group acquires SER. The company is one of the Italy’s earliest manufacturers of static evaporators and unit coolers.
The group continues to grow thanks to the acquisition of the company Inoxking, based in Vazzola, which brings its expertise in steel processing.
De Wave Group acquires Wingeco. The Genoa-based company designs, processes, and installs the marine glazing for the marine industry.
De Wave Group acquires Mobil Line, a wood carpentry company specialized in yacht interior outfitting.
De Wave Group acquired Tecnavi, a leader in the HVAC & Refrigeration systems market. It operates in ship repair/conversion and new construction.
De Wave Group merges its three brands – De Wave, Spencer, and Precetti – into a single entity, with shared resources, skills and technologies.
Platinum Equity acquires De Wave Group.
The Group increases its design and in-house production expertise in dedicated carpentry and joinery with the acquisition of Spencer Contract, a specialist in yacht public areas and interiors.
Acquisition of Precetti, complete with its consolidated know-how in Catering Systems, Italian production centre, Singapore and United States business units.
A leading Italian Equity Fund invests in De Wave.
De Wave founded as a spin-off of Demont.
