Acquisition of Precetti, complete with its consolidated know-how, Italian production centre and Singapore and United States business units.

December 2018

The Group increases its design and in-house production expertise in dedicated carpentry and joinery with the acquisition of Spencer Contract, a specialist in yacht public areas and interiors.

January 2021

Platinum Equity acquires the De Wave Group and merges its 3 brands into a single entity with shared resources, expertise and technologies.

June 2022

De Wave Group acquires Mobil -Line, a wood carpentry for the yacht interiors.

December 2022

De Wave Group acquires Wingeco. The company is based in Genoa, and design, processes, and installs glass and aluminium cladding, window and door frames and balustrades, closing and curtain walling elements for the naval and construction sectors. In the naval sector they deal with both New Building and Refitting work, for cruise ships, ferries, and yachts.
