The panels produced have special features:

• Thermal insulation,
• Sound insulation (noise reduction 47dB-comfort class compliant for double sheet steel base panels),
• Dimensional stability and rigidity.

The ceiling and wall panels have been certified according to current regulations for all necessary configurations, complying with the requirements of the IMO and FTP code.

Thanks to its building features, our latest panel system EVO Type allows us to obtain the more challenging ETAG certification.

All materials for each cabin structure are sent to the yard with the Kit Package Concept.

All components for each cabin are designed, produced, labeled and packed singularly into one unique Kit along with the Drawing and the Packing List.

All the panels that De Wave has developed over time have always complied with UNI ISO rules for mechanical test.
